Bed linen and kitchen towels are provided.

The spacious bedroom has an integrated bathroom (toilet/bath), a double bed (1.80 x 2.00) and a wardrobe. The second bedroom has a double bed (1.80 x 2.00) that can be separated into two single beds, a sofa that can be used as a single bed, a wardrobe and a TV with Bluewin TV. The flat also has a second bathroom (walk-in shower/WC). The living room has a large corner sofa that can be converted into a bed (1.40 x 2.00) and a TV with Bluewin TV. There is Wi-Fi throughout the flat. This flat can accommodate 6 to 7 people.

A large ski room with ski boot dryer is available. The house also has its own wellness area (for a fee). Reservations can be made at the reception of the Turmhotel Grächerhof. The flat is accessible by lift. There is a shelter for bicycles in front of the house and a storage room on the ground floor. A washing machine and tumble dryer are also available in the building (for a fee).
The flat is located in the car-free part of the village  (google Search: "Residence Grächen"). On arrival and departure, the car can be parked 20 metres from the house for loading and unloading. The valley station to the ski area is 120 metres away. Shopping facilities and various restaurants are in the immediate vicinity.
