The 5.5 room attic flat (180 m2) with Matterhorn view, newly built in 2016, is located in the new Millegga car park, above the Coop, 250 m from the valley station. The flat is on the top floor and can be reached by lift. It is modern and comfortably furnished with 2 sunny balconies facing south and east with wonderful views of the Valais mountains, and has four spacious bedrooms, each with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00). On the lower floor there are two bathrooms, one with walk-in shower, toilet and the other with bath/shower and sauna. The living room has a large corner sofa that can be converted into a bed (1.60 x 2.00) and a TV with Bluewin TV. On the upper floor there is a gallery with a sofa bed (1.20 x 2.00) and a TV, a large bedroom with a double bed, shower and WC.
The bright, light-flooded flat has a cosy fireplace and sauna. The modern and open kitchen is very well equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, raclette oven, cheese fondue set, a toaster, a crepe oven, a boiling water tap (Quooker), a dishwasher, microwave and other useful kitchen accessories.For families with children there is a changing mat, a baby bath, a seat ring, a toilet bowl, 2 children's high chairs, children's crockery and a selection of toys. There is a washing machine/tumbler in the flat, a ski room with heated ski lockers is also available for guests and a parking box with 2 spaces can be rented in the Millegga car park, where a power connection for electric vehicles is available for our guests to use free of charge.
